These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of VoiceQuoter, a voice-to-quotation service operated as part of the RetailBricks family. By subscribing to or using VoiceQuoter, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.
VoiceQuoter is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) product that allows service businesses to generate professional quotes by speaking into Telegram. The service transcribes voice messages, matches items against your price list, and produces PDF quotes, Gmail drafts, and optional Xero draft quotes.
You must be at least 18 years old and operating a legitimate business to use VoiceQuoter. By subscribing, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you have the authority to bind your business to these Terms.
VoiceQuoter is offered on a single subscription plan:
All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable.
Subscriptions are billed automatically via Paddle on your chosen billing cycle. You authorise VoiceQuoter to charge the payment method on file at the start of each billing period.
An optional Done-For-You (DFY) Onboarding service is available as a one-time add-on at $499 AUD. This includes a 1:1 screenshare session where we configure your price list, Gmail connection, Xero integration, and run your first test quote together.
The DFY Onboarding fee is a one-time, non-refundable payment once the onboarding session has been completed. If a session is booked but not attended without 24 hours' notice, the fee is forfeited.
"Fair use" means the service is used by a single operator (sole trader, individual employee, or a single branch of a business). You may not share your subscription across multiple operators, locations, or branches under a single subscription.

VoiceQuoter reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms without refund.
You retain ownership of all data you provide — including your price list, customer details, and quote content. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising. For full details on how we handle your data, refer to our Privacy Policy.
VoiceQuoter is provided on a best-efforts basis. We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated where possible. We are not liable for any losses arising from service downtime or interruption.
All intellectual property in the VoiceQuoter platform — including software, design, and documentation — remains the property of VoiceQuoter and its operators. Your subscription grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the service for your own business purposes.
To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, VoiceQuoter's total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the service is limited to the amount you paid in the three months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages, including loss of business, loss of profit, or loss of data.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law, including guarantees applicable to the supply of services.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we'll update the "last updated" date at the top of this page and notify active subscribers via Telegram. Continued use of VoiceQuoter after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Australia.
